The London-headquartered firm has provided the funds to turn the Hotel Metropole in the Belgian capital into a “premier lifestyle” destination.
Once complete, the redevelopment of the building will see it accommodate both short-term and extended-stay guests with 267 rooms. An indoor swimming pool, fitness room and cafe will also be included.
Works are expected to be completed in the second half of 2026.

Additionally, the restoration will target CRREM alignment and a BREEAM ‘very good’ rating.
